SEO Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop SEO strategies that align with our clients' marketing goals.
• Analyze and optimize on-page content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines. This includes site structure, as well as page layout and navigation considerations.
• Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and others.
• Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
• Handle off-page SEO including link-building and influencer outreach.
• Coordinate with social media strategies in sync with SEO efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engines.

• Experience with SEO reporting and web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• Experience with SEO marketing and content growth.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
